The right feeding diet is also a big contributor when it comes to managing anxiety in nine out of ten cases. Dieting and eating before you sleep is said to be poor feeding habits. This is actually what causes restlessness and anxiety while sleeping. Also ensure that you stay hydrated, eat lots of fruits, drink plenty of water, avoid caffeine and alcoholic drinks also avoid taking high fatty foods.

Exercise a lot. With all this, then you are less likely to suffer anxiety.
